You can either use the TCR CLI to import a report (and have it use the ITM resources (images, script, properties, etc) like this:
<install>/products/tcr/bin/trcmd.bat -user tipadmin -password somepwd -import -design C:\myITMreport.rptdesign -designRef /ITM-621//myITMreport.rptdesign -designType birt -resourceDir /ITM-621/resources -report myReport -displayName "My ITM report" -description "This report does blah" -reportSets /ITM-621/Availability -securitySet itm
Or you can create a report package and import it just like you did the ITM report package. Info on creatinga package:
