I am trying to deploy a sample Metadata spec project on InfoSphere MDM Server. But I am getting following error:-
"The java class is not found: com.ibm.mdm.tools.metadata.admin.deploy.MDMLevelManager"

Which level of the workbench are you using ? Are you using the deploy wizard or the command line. Can you confirm whether you are deploying to a Weblogic or a WebSphere MDM Server?
I you are using the wizard I suggest :
I would suggest uninstalling the workbench feature and checking the file system to ensure its features and plugins are not there. If there are any there then delete them manually. Then reinstall the workbench feature.
If you are using the command line, I suggest :
It is worth checking the user defined values in scripts are correct.
