AuthorizationSubsystemException Error

When I try to bring up the "Authorizations" option for my reports I get the following error (Note I also get the same error when I try to delete reports)

Error x
CTGTRW1000E

An error occurred while processing the TCR data store request.

Detail: AuthorizationSubsystemException

CTGTRS002E An error occurred using the authorization system.


My user as "tcrSuperAdmin" user role set, and I'm still getting the error message.

Any suggestion or help is appreciated.

Hi,
What does your user repository setup look like? The default built in repository only? Or did you add LDAP or AD? If so did you add them into the federated repository?

When the error occurs, is there a corresponding error in: <install>\profiles\TIPProfile\logs\server1\SystemOut.log

It's the default build in repository.

System Set up

Solaris 10
Netcool Omnibus 7.2.1
Webtop 2.2.0.82

At set up, I set TIP to use the Netcool Object Server to authenticate users.

With the TCR reports, they are pulling data from a Oracle 10g historical database that is feed from Netcool with the Oracle Gateway.

Sorry Marc, I don't know this one off hand. It may be related to using Object Server as the authentication source, I've never tried it. I think you'll have to open a PMR.
