I am using the TCR ITCAM for RT 6.2 reports to produce daily and monthly availability reports for our websites monitored by RPT scripts. This works well, for the most part, but I have enabled situations to fire when scripts fail due to Verification Point failures as these types of failures don't always show up in the company of other "Failed Requests" but do indicate problems such as Timeouts or other HTTP return codes that indicate something is broken. I am trying to get into the report and find out what it uses to determine a "failed" request and possibly modify it to include "verification point failures". While I have installed the Birt Designer All-in-one and imported the ITCAM reports, I can't seem to find my way to the query responsible for determining what a "failed request" consists of.
