I need to upgrade Firefox v2.0.0.14 to Firefox v3 on a P6 520 SLES 10.2 LPAR.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a suitable RPM? I've Googled to no avail.

Thanks.

Are you still looking for5 this information or have you been able to upgrade? I think that in general if the RPM isn't provided by Novell then there isn't going to be one for SLES that we would recommend.

Novell has just released SLES10 SP3:
http://www.novell.com/news/press/novell-announces-availability-of-suse-linux-enterprise-10-service-pack-3/

It looks like in SLES10 SP3 the Firefox version for PPC was updated to 3.5:
MozillaFirefox-3.5.2-3.4.8.ppc.rpm

Thus, this may be one avenue for you to get your system upgraded to an more recent version of Firefox if you are looking for a Novell rpm supported method. If you need a more recent version of Firefox then you may have to donwload and install directly from Mozilla's web site.

-Thanks.
