MQ & DB2 migration for MQ WorkFlow 3.6

Hi All:

We are looking to migrate the DB2 & MQ being used by our MQ Workflow 3.6 implementation to newer versions. For DB2, the migration will be from 8.1 to 9.5 and for MQ, the migration will be from 5.3 to 6.x

I am looking for any guidance on how to achieve the same.

We have done this migration using the above doc.
Let me know if you stumble into any issues.
