Pls help to solve the ANS5092S error . It is happening when i'm trying to take backup in Tape drive using TSM

Message is about the TSM server out of Data Storage Space. Check your Storagepools. Maybe one is full with no nextstgpool.

Hi Even i am facing a similar issue. however the storage device used here is a normal hard drive on the host. When i checked the drive details , there is still a plenty of storage spac available. still, it is throwing this error. please any one could answer this.

Please be sure that your Server is in compliance with license terms.
check logs: q actlog
At first check the logs (go to the end of log records and remember date and time in last record) and then try to make a backup; then check the logs again to find new records and errors about your last try. Post logs here.

we are getting error message server out of storage space in TSM ANS5092S while taking Archive Backup by trying to do a backup of a client using BAClient tool.
so i have a scratch volume
please advise
