Admin Console Welcome Page is blank   

Hi,
When ever i run my WebSphere Administrator Console its not diplaying the
Left side navigational panel ,Its displaying only welcome. On click of it
also its not displaying any information on the right side panel.Pls help
me out to find what's the problem.

I Have tried out http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21245493 ?

But t contains only the relative paths.
