I have two machines that I just added via system discovery to director.

Here is what the resource properties are under the general tab for one of them: (Agentless)

Manufacturer: IBM
Machine Type: 4444
Model: eServer xSeries 365 -4444aaa-
Serial Number: XxXxXxX

Here is what the resource properties are under the general tab for the other: (This has common agent)

Manufacturer: IBM
Machine Type: 0008
Model: 670
Serial Number: 0000000

Any ideas on help? I am relatively new to Director. We have a third system (Agentless) that shows all of the proper information.

Probably the systemboard has been replaced and the machine information wasn't updated by technician.
You need to download BIOS diskette/CD, update the server, then you will be prompted to type in servermodel, serialnumber etc.
After this, start the server, run a new inventory collection and refresh the console.
