How do config the weblogic9.2?

I am trying to install the maximo7,and the application server is weblogic9.2.

I create the file boot.properties under the location "C:\bea\user_projects\domains\base_domain",and enter the username,password.But it don't work.

How can i need not enter the username and password when the weblogic9.2 is starting every time.
