I have a question, in DLPAR and AIX 5.2, after moving a cpu and memory between two LPAR, we don't need to reboot them immediately, but after the lpars reboot (not shutdown), will the cpu and memory be lost.

As long as the LPARs are just rebooted and not deactivated the memory stays assigned. Once the partition is deactivated the amount of memory to assign will be read from the partition profile. So unless you have updated the partition profile to the values they were after the DLPAR operations the memory will not be assigned.

Of course the same applies to the CPU settings.
