We have a w2K3 machine with LDAP, TAM for eB 6.1 Policy Server and Web Portal Manager installed. It all worked out of the box.
When we tried to unconfigure WPM (using TAM Configuration tool available on Windows - it functions the same as "amwpmcfg -action unconfig -interactive" comand) we got the message indicating that username or password are not correct (that was tripple checked, username and password are OK) followed by:
HPDAZ0602E Corrupted file: Insufficient information to contact a Policy Server.
The result was the same when using amwpmcfg command.
We have tried to recreate the problem on another W2K3 server, the problem is the same.
Has anybody seen this problem before? What could be the solution?

You pointing the unconfig to the right PdPerm.properties file?

Actually we tried to use standard Tivoli Access Manager - Configuration application (avaliable on Windows) . It looks as if the unconfigure step doesn't work because either the config file cannot be read correctly or the user name and password is wrongly interpreted.
