When installing Rational Rhapsody Modeler Edition on Vista if after installing you get an error: "Error in registering rhapsody.tlb" then the problem may be that you did not install as Administrator.
To install as Administrator, click the Start button, right-mouse click on the Command Prompt item, and click "Run as Administrator". Then change the current
directory to the location of the MSI file and run it.
