Metrics - Months and Values   

I have created reports with a metrics range chart based on a metrics scorecard. Below is an example of what is partially shown on the report.

1. I don't understand how the totals on the 4th line are being calculated.

--The units are set to 'General;
--decimals are set to '0', and
--calendar is set to 'Month'
--Default Weight is '10'
--The Business calendar level for loading and entering data for Actual, Target, and Tolerance are set as 'Rollup is sum of individual values'.
--Tolerance type is set to 'percent'.
--Performance pattern is 'Above target is positive'

2. Is there a way to set the months so they fall in the correct order as it is shown in the quarters. Here it is showing in alpha order; which is correct in this instance. But if I have 'July' or 'June' listed, they are listed after 'August' instead of before. So when looking at the chart, the months are out of order.
Please help!
