overall CPU utilization almost no idle CPU, indivdual report Idle   

I just updated from nmon11e to nmon12e. The over all CPU utilization graphs reported accurate data in nmon11e, 12e is not.

Why is the overall CPU utilization almost no idle in the graph below but in the individual CPU and others reports I get hardly any utilization? Do I need to run a different version? How can this be corrected?
