Installed XDCG 6.1.1.0 on two cluster mates and federated the mates to a single DMGR.
When i try to run a job using the JMC i get the following error on the secondary mate ( not on DMGR ). Because of this reasons jobs never complete on this node. Tried it while the first mate is shutdown.

Here's a test fix for the exception that you encountered. Put this jar in the <was_install_root>/classes directory of all your endpoint servers, and restart.
The exception that you saw (grid sensor mbean exception) will not impact the job on the endpoint or the job status on the scheduler.
