My XP system is on the C: drive, but Notes is on my F: drive. When I try to install Iopes, I get the message "password invalid". I assume the installer is not finding my password. What is the solution?

It should not matter that Notes is installed on F: as long as
1. The registry entry indicates the correct location of the notes installation
2. The notes.ini file inside your Notes installation directory points to the correct Notes data directory
There are two other possibilities for the password invalid problem that you are seeing.
1. A file called nlsxbe.dll may be present on your machine either in C:\Windows or C:\Windows\system32. Verify that the same dll is also present in your notes installation directory and if that is the case, delete the copy in the Windows directory and retry installation.
2. Do you have multiple ID files in your Notes data directory?

I have tried all the suggested items and I still cannot successfully install Omnifind Personal edition. I had it installed before, and had to remove it, as it was acting funny after upgrading to Lotus Notes 8.X. Now, when I try to install, it asks me to supply my LN password, and when I do, it tells me that that password is incorrect. I can get into LN just fine... I am wondering if something was left behind from the previous install? Please help. Omnifind is an important tool for my daily job.
