I have installed the simulator under Ubuntu Hardy Heron. I am still solving some problems but the general idea is to make sure that all the executables can find the libs that they are looking for. This is where the ldd utility becomes helpful. The build scripts for the simulator don't always pick what libraries and include files that your system is missing. You will end up creating symbolic links to later versions of a library file (i.e. .so shared object files) so that the executables can use them.

Hi, I used FC4 simulator version on FC9 but my problem is that GENTOO 2006 linux is not available now and the GENTOO2007 does not work with the makefile.

Any idea?
