Installing OmniFind Personal Edition prevents Notes 8 shutdown

I have found that since installing IOPES, Notes 8 will not shutdown completely. The notes2w.exe module stays loaded. The only way to fix this is to kill notes. If I don't kill notes, I can't restart it.

I've seen similar behavior. This also causes problems when you do a Windows shutdown, which tries to shut down Notes, which hangs.
