Manual Tester 7.0.1 slowly responds when running a configured test case?

I'm using version 7.0.1.4, integrating with ClearQuest.
The slowness happens after selecting a configured test case and hitting the "run" button. The system response time can be up to 2 minutes.
The slowness only appears on some engineers' PCs.
Would appreciate to hear if anyone have had the same problem, and how to resolve that.

IBM says they fixed this in 7.0.1.3 version of RMT, Try that new version.
