Evrytime I try to doanload HeapRoots I get the following error:
This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
message code: 40

Sorry about the duplicate posts - I got an error (well two of them actually) when posting using firefox 3.0.11.
It said something about a missing colon (:) in a request header - so I did not think the post had actually been posted.

By the way if IBM will not fix the download link I was able to find the file on an open FTP server using google.
Just google for "HeapRoots207" and a few possibilities pops up.
