Unable do download the XForms Designer

When I try to access the ETTK site (http://awweb x04.alphaworks.ibm.com/ettktechnologies/updates) to install XForms Visual Designer I'm getting the following error:

Network connection problems encountered during search.
Unable to access "http://awwebx04.alphaworks.ibm.com/ettktechnologies/updates".
Unable to access site: "http://awwebx04.alphaworks.ibm.com/ettktechnologies/updates" [Server returned HTTP response code: "500 Internal Server Error" for URL: http://awwe bx04.alphaworks.ibm.com/ettktechnologies/updates.
Unable to access site: "http://awwebx04.alphaworks.ibm.com/ettktechnologies/updates" [Server returned HTTP response code: "500 Internal Server Error" for URL: http://awwe bx04.alphaworks.ibm.com/ettktechnologies/updates.
