Installing IODT version 1.5

Sirs,
In the installation guide for IODT-version 1.5, the instructions are referring to a folder titled "updatesite", which is not included in the zipped folder. It is only included in version 1.2. Any idea where can I get the updatesite folder for version 1.5?
