In Csurf there are 0 to 8 refinement options. I am extracting capacitance of my geometry on each refinement and when i come to refinement 5 and above, Csurf gives me segmentation fault almost at the end of my simulation (it looks like).
The geometry is not using more than 1.5 GB of ram for refinement option 5. (ram on my cluster = 32GB)
So there is no memory shortage from my side. What might be the problem ?
I tried many times to contact Lijun but no response.
