setDB2ClientUser support?

Hi,
I'd like to know if the DB2 ruby driver supports setDB2ClientUser() as described on page 227 of the jdbc redbook (http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redbooks/pdfs/sg246435.pdf#page=256)
