One thing that would be very useful from my perspective was if SHER provided an SPARQL endpoint ala:

Do you have any suggestions as to the best way to accomplish this? Perhaps there some relevant code already exists.

Not sure I understand. To provide a SPARQL endpoint, we would need to have a database that you might want to query over. Can you be more specific on what you mean?
