It looks like System Text for Information Extraction provides the same annotation capabillities as IBM Languageware. How does System Text differ from Languageware?

Languageware comes with predefined dictionaries for many languages, while there are no dictionaries for SystemText. Moreover, SystemText dictionaries are simple collections of words, while in Languageware dictionaries each entry can have a lot of information associated (lemma, part of speech, etc.). Finally, System Text provides much more powerful regular expression matching, through the aql language.
