Is there a way to pass in custom messages? Something like "JMS sampler" of JMeter?

Apologies for the delay in answering. The -mf <file> parameter lets you set the message body. There is no current way to set the JMS header fields which is a shame and is being worked on.

Hi mcarteruk,

is it possible to set the JMS header with the current version? If not, when do you think that this option will be available?

The code for setting arbitrary JMS header fields is already written but has not made it onto the alphaWorks site yet. It should be out soon (within a month) but I have to update the tool's documentation and packaging before posting an updated version.
