if i wana get help on historyflow running on ubuntu 7.10 and java 1.6, I'll always get the following error!

Cannot launch browser: Cannot run program "cmd.exe": java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory

seems to call a Windows application under Linux!?!?
