Hello.
I just installed "Compound XML Document Toolkit" version 0.8. I have Eclipse version 3.3.1, WST version 2.0.1 and EMF version 2.3.1. I cannot see any "Compound XML Document" category/entry when I want to create new file. I also don't see any association entry in context menu for *.xhtml file. I looked at my Eclipse configuration and here it says that plugin works properly.
