I am getting the exact same error messages. It can not find the ini files. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get this tool to work on Java 1.5? Are the source available? Can anyone tell me when people plan to use this? There is a 30 day eval of Altova's DiffDog. Anyone try that yet? I have used XML Spy but the diff tool gets confused easily.

I want to use this tool with JDK1.4.2 or JDK1.5. Can you please let me know what are the changes required for executing the xmldiff under JRE1.5?

If you have a source code then please share the same with me.
