A tip for anyone using ratcat: if the JAR you're passing to ratcat is placed in a directory that has spaces in the path, e.g., C:\Documents and Settings\, ratcat won't find it. Ensure that whatever you want to load is stored in a dir that contains no spaces in the path e.g., C:\temp
