IE7 Says "Syntax Error"

The output XML validates against the W3C's validator, but in IE7 when you go to Page  Web Page Privacy Policy...  Summary, it says:

codeUnable to display the privacy policy of http://mysite.com/ due to a syntax error in its policy. To view the privacy policy, contact the Web site directly.[/code]

Any thoughts?
