It makes no sense having no public license on decNumber++, witch wants to become a c++ standard. Especially for the C++ code wrapper around the C library, witch license has no restrictions. So I am allowed to use the C version,but not the C++ version and any wrapper I write myself - which ends up to be too similar to existing one.
