Proxy settings

Hi,
I am following the installation instructions.and getting error at 8th step.Where can i give my proxy settings?

I solved it

window>preferences>internet>proxy...

Now i am getting problem at 9th step.

Error retrieving "feature.xml". error in opening zip file

please help

We have updated our feature, which hopefully addresses your issue. Can you try the install again?
