I'm posting this here because I've gotten no response via the Xeena Feedback page.
This URL will Not allow selection of the Windows version of Xeena but only defaults to the Unix version for download:
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/xeena/download
After Googling the problem, I find that this page Does allow the selection of the download file, so the page above needs to be replaced by this:
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/aw.nsf/download/xeena
