hello.

sqc checks whether xpaths in identity constraints actually select anything. even though this is not required by the spec, it is a nice feature and helps to detect typos in xpaths. however, the checks seems to fail when using substitution groups, probably because for substitution groups it is less obvious to check which elements may occur. this is just a warning for people using this particular combination of xml schema features: don't be alarmed by the messages!
