All, um_console validate and import works fine, no errors, UA Agent is connected to HUB TEMS, after mdl file is imported I am not able to see respective atr and cat files being created on HUB.
on TEPS able to see UA with ASFS DP and able to see DP log entries, after importing mdl file able to see Application name under UA but not Name and other attrubutes.
any help pls ?

Aren't those files part of the seeding process? You did seed your TEPS, right?
If you go to the Manage window, highlight the TEPS, then right click it. Do you see the "FTP Catalog and Attribute Files"? Have you done that step yet? Can't remember if you have to do the TEMS too or not.
That's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head.
Just a thought.
