The "ERROR" tab in my NMON analyzed files reports the following:
+Errors reported by NMON in nmon file - no interval filter + T0050 Disk statistics reset detected. This time Read=3780 Write=2653 and Total so far=6433 T0051 Disk statistics reset detected. This time Read=1806 Write=642 and Total so far=8881 T0052 Disk statistics reset detected. This time Read=60 Write=70 and Total so far=9011 T0053 Disk statistics reset detected. This time Read=1965 Write=1588 and Total so far=12564 T0054 Disk statistics reset detected. This time Read=1106 Write=1250 and Total so far=14920 T0055 Disk statistics reset detected. This time Read=313 Write=1165 and Total so far=16398 T0056 Disk statistics reset detected. This time Read=1819 Write=1443 and Total so far=19660
Some other tool was started on the server, which asked the library to reset the disk stats. As such, NMON spotted that the totals this time were lower than the previous snapshot and hence, must have been reset.
Someone else ran a tool which reset the disk stats.
