You are invited to an IBM Open Mic discussion about Considerations in Designing and Maintaining WebSphere MQ Clustering Environment on 10 December, 2009 at 11:00 AM EST.
This WebSphere Support Technical Exchange Open Mic session explores customer questions on how to design, configure and maintain a WebSphere MQ clustering environment. This session also gives you the opportunity to interact with a panel of WMQ experts on the topic of clustering in WebSphere MQ.
IBM would like to encourage you to submit your questions prior to the scheduled date by emailing them to
lamjosep@ca.ibm.com. Additional questions will be accepted during the Open Mic provided that there is time. You may also post your questions to this thread.
The focus of the Open Mic will be on "why", "what", and "how to" questions, for example:
• What are the best practices when setting up a cluster environment?
• How many full repositories do I need? Is 3 better than 2?
• In what order should I migrate my cluster queue managers?
• How should I plan for maintenance?
Plan to join the meeting 10 minutes early. For more information and details on how to participate in this and other free WebSphere Support Technical Exchanges click
