Transaction Rate for DataPower Services

Hi,
I want to see the number of transactions hitting the Objects (XML Firewall, MPGs..) in my domain. I enabled the statistics through - Administration -> Statistics Settings option. And I sent nearly 500 transaction in few seconds. But I am still getting Zero in the Transaction Rate page. The version of the DataPower is XI50.3.6.0.22cf. Could you please provide some help? Thanks.
Regards,
Prabu

Hi Prabu,
My first thought would be to open a PMR with IBM support, but your version is quite old and I believe is out of service. Have you been able to recreate this on a current version (3.7.3.6 is most current)? Is statistics enabled in only your application domain? I don't know if this should matter, but you might also try enabling statistics in the default domain as well. That's my configuration and I don't recall seeing any issues in the 3.6.1 versions, but I only used 3.6.0.x briefly and I had not looked at the transaction rate in that version.
Regards,
Steve

Thank you, Steve. Yes, our firmware is out of service. I have enabled the statistics in all the domains and I haven't see the Transaction rate in any one. So I think, it is something to do with the version of the firmware only. The later version are supporting I guess.

3.6.0.x is out of support now and 3.6.1.x will be our of support soon. Upgrade to the latest one 3.7.3.x and if the problem persists, it needs a support ticket to look into detail.
