13 Sep 2005 Deploy a Simple Object Access Protocol/Java(TM) Messaging Service (SOAP/JMS) stateless session bean Web service implementation in IBM WebSphere(R) Application Server Version 6.0 (Application Server) and provide access to SOAP/JMS using configured Service Integration Bus (SIB) messaging resources. Also learn how to configure Service Integration Bus Web services (SIBWS) inbound and outbound services to provide protocol transformation and routing of SOAP/HTTP service requests to the same SOAP/JMS target service.
In this tutorial
- Demonstrate the messaging capabilities of the SIB.
- Enable forwarding of SOAP/JMS requests to a target endpoint.
- Demonstrate the routing and protocol transformation capabilities of the SIBWS.
- Enable routing and protocol transformation of SOAP/HTTP requests to a SOAP/JMS target endpoint.
- Deploy and test the described solution in Application Server Version 6.0 with SOAP/JMS and SOAP/HTTP access to the Web service implementation.
Prerequisites
