System requirements
To complete the steps to develop and test a portlet, you need to install
Rational Application Developer V7.
During the installation, check the option to install the feature Portal tools to
get the WebSphere Portal test environment. To complete the steps to deploy a portlet in a production environment, you need to install
WebSphere Portal V6.0.
