Learn to integrate an IMS® transaction with a business process. Step through the creation and deployment of a business process that invokes an IMS transaction using Business Process Execution Language for Web Services (BPEL4WS) in WebSphere® Studio Application Developer Integration Edition WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition, Version 5.1.1.

Prerequisites

You should be familiar with using WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition, Version 5.1.1. You should also know how to use the enterprise services tools of WebSphere Studio to create an enterprise service for the IMS transaction that will be used by your new business process.


System requirements

You need WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition, Version 5.1.1 is installed on your machine. You also need the IMS IVTNO installation verification program installed on your IMS system.
