About this webcast

Rational Data Architect V7.5 (RDA) introduces integration with the IBM Optim solutions. With this new version, architects will be able to define privacy attributes and integration with Optim solutions that will enhance software development governance for test data management and data privacy. These enhancements improve reusability and scalability of the Optim Test Data Management Solution and the Optim Data Privacy Solution. In addition, it accelerates enterprise consistency in governing data privacy across test environments.

RDA also includes new features that improve productivity, simplify the user experience, and leverage existing investments. RDA integrations with the new Rational Software Delivery Platform V7.5, enablig users to combine tools within the same Eclipse instance, providing seamless movement between tasks and flexibility in viewing nformation from different perspectives.

Anson Kokkat works at IBM as product manager for Rational Data Architect. Most of Anson’s professional career has been spent working on application development technologies related to data servers. He has an extensive background in DB2 and WebSphere integration, JDBC technology, .NET, stored procedures, and other application development methodologies. Now he concentrates on Eclipse programming and data modeling and works with the development, sales and marketing teams to make RDA a success.
