Matthias Nicola
Matthias joined the DB2 team
at IBM's Silicon Valley Lab in 2002. His work at IBM has
focused on all aspects of XML in DB2, including XQuery,
SQL/XML, XML storage, indexing, application development, and
performance. He has worked with many partners and customers on
the design, implementation, and optimization of their
XML-based applications. He also works on in-database
analytics, temporal data management, and other emerging
technologies. Matthias has written many articles for
developerWorks and other publications.
