Over the last 10 years, Richard Littlewood has been with IBM Software Group working as a WebSphere Commerce Solution Architect delivering e-Commerce solutions for IBM customers across 13 countries. Richard has worked directly with IBM WebSphere Commerce customers alongside highly skilled business partner delivery teams. Richard is now a Product Manager for IBM WebSphere Commerce and is based at the IBM Hursley Software Laboratory in the UK.
