This article focuses on the large-scale simulation support introduced in IBM® WebSphere® Operation Decision Manager V8 to allow execution of simulations containing hundreds of millions of use cases in a timely fashion. We'll explain how a large-scale simulation is supported, the process to follow to create a large-scale simulation for a rule project and then guide you through a complete example of running a simulation with 120 million scenarios stored in a relational database.
