Build to Manage Toolkit for Problem Determination helps you build in uptime as a feature of your applications
The Build to Manage Toolkit has been sunset and is no longer available.
However, the self-healing capabilities are still available.
Log Analyzer and Symptom Editor are available as diagnostic tool
downloads through the IBM Support Assistant. This tool provides the ability
to use and extend the self-healing tools to diagnose problems in your data
center (for IBM products). The tool does not provide the ability to
redistribute the technologies in a Business Partner offering. You can read an
excellent
tech note regarding Log Analyzer in IBM Support Assistant. The
tech note is oriented toward TADDM usage, but it can be extrapolated to any
product.
The Log
Analyzer is also available on OPAL, as a supported feature of ITM (IBM Tivoli
Monitoring).
