IBM resources for academia
IBM's Project Praviin program is launched to better educate millions of students for a more skilled and competitive IT workforce. The program offers a broad range of resources and support to students, faculty and institutions, aiming to provide skills in open standards, critical in a fast-paced and ever-changing IT industry. This program has already trained 4766 students and 783 faculties in the engineering colleges in Hyderabad. There are 3471 students and 540 faculties certified on IBM technologies in the city. IBM has already established Centres of Excellence in Hyderabad at MLR Institute of Technology, Padmasri Dr.B.V.Raju Institute of Technology, Varadhaman Engineering College.
